"They had the part ready"
I was kind of in a rush and feeling pressured to get it fixed fast, so I was relieved they had the part in stock and found it really quickly.

Like I said, the shipping ended up being cheaper than I expected, which was a nice surprise. I’ve paid more on other sites for the same kind of thing, so like I said, I was happy with that.

"Not really impressed with my order"
My order took longer than I expected, and the updates I got weren’t very helpful. I ended up having to chase it myself, which was frustrating. By the time it arrived, I was already a bit unsure about the overall quality and whether it was worth the hassle. i don’t think I’d use go2marine again.

"Tech support actually knew their stuff"
I had a question about a pump fitment and wasn’t 100% sure which part I needed. The support guy at Go2marine actually took the time to look up the specs and explain it in normal, plain English, which I appreciated.

It didn’t feel rushed, and nobody was trying to upsell me on random extra stuff. I ended up getting the right part the first time, so yeah, happy with the whole thing. I’d use them again.

I accidentally ordered the wrong part and had to return it. The whole process was really straightforward, and the refund came through quicker than I expected. If this is how they handle returns in general, I’d feel comfortable ordering from them again.

"Stock info could be better"
I ordered a part from go2marine because the site showed it was in stock. A few days later I got an email saying it was actually backordered which was frustrating.

Customer service did get back to me and helped cancel the order so that part went fine. I just wish I had known sooner since I was waiting around thinking it had already shipped.
The site itself is simple enough to use but next time I’d probably double check the stock before placing an order. Not a terrible experience just a bit annoying.

I ordered a boat part from go2marine and the price was better than what my local boat shop had it for. I was expecting the shipping to wipe out the savings, but it didn’t, which I appreciated. The part showed up, fit like it was supposed to, and even the small stuff like the packaging and order info seemed fine. Overall, it felt like a good value, and I’ll probably check go2marine first next time

My order from go2marine showed up packed well. The box had a little dent on one side, but everything inside was fine and nothing was damaged. I wouldnt mind seeing a bit more padding in there, but it wasnt a big deal.
